Interior renderings for a private Nantucket development. Studio2a was contracted to provide the marketing renderings for this distinguished and sophisticated waterfront condo development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The development includes ten unique residences located directly on a rare harbor location. The residences mix the traditional architectural character of Nantucket with contemporary luxuries.
The exterior renderings flaunt the water front Nantucket harbor location, emphasizing the private beach and private access to the water. A lush environment of flowers, trees, shrubs, and beach grasses accentuate the natural beauty of the landscape. As with all of our Nantucket projects, special attention was given to the materiality of the buildings. Aged shingled walls are the stitches of the Nantucket fabric. Matching the materiality and thus the atmosphere of the environment is of utmost importance.
The interior renderings reflect the comfort and sophistication of contemporary island living. Classic furnishings and artwork provide a stylish ambiance. Light materials and textures play up the feel of summer, allowing the viewer to anticipate the glorious summer months. Studio2a chose to use all natural lighting in the renderings to emphasize the summer season, and the day lighting potential provided by the architecture.
